    Wonderful Story

Published by Amy B on Aug 05, 2020

Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read this book for my honest review. One of my favorite genres has always been the 1800's Christian Fiction. This book didn't disappoint. "Jack" has just lost her dad and she's taken over his Pony Express and stagecoach station, when two strangers show up needing lodging for 2 different reasons. This book had a few twists and turns but not so many that you couldn't follow along. I appreciated that the characters had a tangible Christian faith that wasn't just mentioned in passing. The author did a good job of portraying fallen people in need of Jesus and how to become a Christian.

    The Express Bride

Published by Ann Ferri on Jul 01, 2019

What a wonderful book! It is written in such a way that you can see all the scenery and action that is taking place. This is a christian historical romance that is full of action, mystery and suspense. This is the first fiction book I've read about the Pony Express and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this book. Thank you Barbour Publishing via NetGalley for the ARC copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own and I've pre-ordered the paperback version. Yes, it's that good!! Update: I received my paperback version, the cover is beautiful, the pages are thick and the type is big enough that I can read it! Thank you Barbour Publishing, a job well done!
