Rights and Permissions

Subsidiary Rights and Translation

Thank you for your interest in translating and publishing Barbour titles. Barbour Publishing licenses our works to publishers and missions organizations worldwide. We would be happy to discuss our licensing arrangements with you.

Our Rights Department handles requests for foreign publication rights, translations, book clubs, audio, large print, television, motion picture, radio, electronic reproduction, and other formats.

If we have not yet had the pleasure of working with you, we would like to know more about you. Please let us know how long you’ve been in the publishing industry, what American publishers you’ve worked with, and some titles that you have translated and published.

Please direct inquiries to Rights Manager at rights@barbourbooks.com.

Permissions

Permission is necessary if you, your church, or your organization seeks to use material or excerpts from any work published by Barbour Publishing, Inc. Please note that as a matter of policy, Barbour publishing does not allow permission for use of its material on the worldwide web, including social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc.

Some permissions do require a fee, which is based on the amount of material used, the quantity of printed product to be produced or distributed, and whether the product will be sold.

Please complete and submit the Permission Request so that we may further evaluate your request.
