5 stars, Wanda guides you through the seasons by cooking Wanda E. Brunstetter's Amish Friends 4 Seasons Cookbook: 290 Fresh Recipes for Eating with the Seasons (comb spiral-bound) by Wanda E. Brunstetter This is a delightful cookbook with bright, vibrant colors and easy-to-follow Amish recipes. There are snippets of Amish wisdom peppered throughout the book, which I always find interesting. My favorite recipes are GINGER ALE, FALSE MINCE PIE, and YAK PLAY DOUGH. There is an index, and also an index by key ingredients, which is helpful if you are wanting to use something specific. My husband hasn't minded at all, tasting his way through this cookbook. Highly recommended. It is comb spiral-bound, so it conveniently lays flat, while you are using it.
