Have you ever been on a camping trip? If so, you’ve likely experienced the sounds of night owls, crickets, and a variety of other nocturnal creatures. Things that go bump in the night can be especially frightening when you’re out in nature under a tent. You stay awake half the night, wondering if a bear will wander into your camp or if the nearby river might spill its banks and flood the whole area.
If you knew that God’s angels were standing in a circle around your campsite, would you sleep better? They are, you know! He has “encamped” His angels around us, and they are ready to protect at His command. Sure, we don’t spend a lot of time thinking about their presence, but that doesn’t make them any less real. So, relax! Pull the covers up and get cozy. God’s got this, and He has plenty of angels on hand to help.
