Author Christine Lynxwiler has a winning romance story in ARKANSAS, IN SEARCH OF LOVE.

Seventeen year old Annalisa Davis lost her baby sister to Social Services after the death of their mother, and vowed to find her again some day. With the weight of such a burden, Annalisa moved through life looking and waiting for opportunity. At last, posing as a cook, she took a job at a ranch owned by a private investigator known for finding missing children.

The story takes a couple of turns, with a teasing romance just under the surface. Cade McFadden has given up his PI role, and taken to caring for hurting boys on his Circle-M Ranch. When he discovers Annalisa has ulterior motives and was not really a cook, everything looks like it will take a turn for the worst.

Glimpses of ranch life, horseback riding, water rafting, asthma attacks, and other experiences keep the reader glued to the book. With a satisfying ending, the reader looks for the next of the four-story series.

Highly recommended reading for sheer pleasure.
